Shipping Information

1. Shipping rates & costs

For US clients, we charge a minimal flat rate shipping fee of $4.99.   For clients outside of the United States, shipping rate is calculated automatically based on the carrier’s discounted rates. We work with USPS, UPS, and DHL Express. 

 

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

Shipping is provided by USPS, UPS, or DHL Express where available and product is shipped from the closest warehouse available at the fastest pace available or requested or agreed to by the company and the customer. We advise the customer as to what to expect either on purchase or as soon as we can based on quotes and or service level requested.

 

3. Shipping restrictions

We currently only ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico.

 

4. Missing or lost packages

5. International shipping

In case of international shipping (shipping to outside of the United States), customer is responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.
